Here's a Japanese model of Benten character, similar to the Lum character I previously built. A beautiful vintage character in the Manga and Anime genre.

It Came from Beneath the Sea as it raps around the Golden Gate bridge.

The Killer Shrews resin model. Amazing sculpt by Joe Laudati. Can be bought at Monsters in Motion. Here is what they say in their listing. A disparate group are trapped on a remote island by a hurricane. On the island, a doctor works to make humans twice as small as we already are. This, apparently, will help prevent over population. Unfortunately, his experiments have also created some giant shrews. As the shrews run out of smaller animals to eat, they move in on the people in the house.

As promised, drum roll please, here is the Dr Slump Bandai Penguin Village in all its glory! Complete.

Qtaro car model from the vintage years. Not many of these around!!! Cool character for Japanese collectors who enjoy the fond memories.

After a full year of building, finally completed the Dr Slump Penguin Village. Its been quite a ride! A thrilling ride! An amazing setup of 6 kits makes up the village. If you are fan, you must get this built for display. As my motto goes, you will "build fond memories". I will post a completed village. I would imagine there are very few full villages built in the entire world.

Here is a cool Jason figure, this one I didn't build but did some repair work, but it was worth posting as its a very cool looking figure.

Another installment in the Dr Slump Penguin Village diorama, and its the Junior High School model, again, it goes with 5 others to make the entire village.

For Creature From the Black Lagoon fans, here are 3 kits I recently built. The first a vinyl kit that I added some scenery to in order to bring it to life! Second, the real nice Superdeform kit from Lambert Artworks and finally a resin bobblehead Creature.

Another Japanese kit, here is Lum character.

Here is the Bandai Dr Slump residence kit, part of the 6 part model Penquin Village diorama that recreates the village as shown in the picture below. I am doing all six and you should see them here in this blog.

Here is one of the best kits around for The Time Machine 1960 movie, my personal favorite. To build it is a monster of a job but most parts fit and would be much easier without the lighting kit. Worth it because it looks incredible!! Earlier I had built the table model version, this one is the actual time machine. Enjoy!
