Here's the completed Selenite from "First Men in the Moon" a favorite movie of mine. It is done in my impression of what it would look like and top coated with a satin finish. I used acrylics for the Selenite and oil enamels for the crystals....next I will tackle the U.N. Space Ship. See my previous blog when I took a trip to "Cherry Cottage" where the movie actually took place.
